It's simple! Just follow these five steps:Once you have emailed your completed Rental Application, one of our team members will contact you and confirm the recept of your application. The approval process only takes a few days, and you will be notified immediately when you have been approved.

Section 42 Housing is an income based reduced rent program that is offered at several of our apartment communities. Section 42 Housing allows our residents to pay a lower rent if the resident's household qualifies. To qualify for this program your household's gross annual income must be below the maximum gross annual income and each household member must meet all requirements included in our Section 42. Resident Selection Plan We are required to verify all sources of income and all assets for your household as well as the student status for each household member to determine if you qualify. This process generally takes up to two weeks to complete and sometimes longer depending on how quickly we receive third-party verification.
In accordance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Liberty Peak Apartments (LPA) does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its federally assisted programs and activities.
